The Sika Solutions data centre environment is a full specification Tier 3/4 facility with levels of redundancy and robustness that enable us to provide our services with availability in excess of 99.9%. The Network connections, power supplies and air conditioning systems are all duplicated providing optimum levels of resilience.

Physical security at the site includes stringent access protocols, CCTV and police linked security systems. Generators are housed within the facility ensuring all key equipment is within the security perimeter of the facility. The location is unpublicised and the continued secrecy of the location is maintained through strict non disclosure agreements.

In addition to the security of the data centre environment our systems are designed to provide a level of availability and capacity to exceed our customers’ expectations. We utilise the ITIL (IT Infrastructure Library) methodology to underpin the ongoing management and monitoring of all our systems which provides us with failover and backup solutions that are in keeping with industry best practice.
