Hull City Council Skills and Employability is responsible for making sure every adult in Hull is able to gain the right skills to enter and sustain lifelong learning & employment to develop their skills and interests. Sika Solutions has been commissioned to create a single mechanism through which to share knowledge, expertise and effective practice thus leading to a wider range of participants and learning experiences.
